As President, my job is to ensure that whatever job we do, we satisfy our customer.  Our business is based on our reputation for quality work.

At Abacus, we are proud of our many accomplishments.  We are professionals.  We've worked on many large and small programs.  We have made significant contributions to major programs, including the U.S. Space Shuttle, the International Space Station, several large satellite telecommunications systems, and major U.S. defense programs such as the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) System and the U.S. Army Future Combat Systems (FCS).  In addition, we have built numerous commercial and industrial systems as well as innovative proprietary products.

I personally deal directly with our customers and with Abacus technical staff and management to obtain the desired results.  All aspects of projects are overviewed and continually updated on an ongoing basis.  Of primary importance are issues dealing with:

  • Customer Requirements
  • Task Definitions
  • Completion Schedules
  • Project Staffing
  • Project Costs

It is the Abacus goal to anticipate and resolve any potential problems before they arise.  To that end, I insure that appropriate management procedures are utilized to ensure project success.
